Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assist superiors in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
- Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary work.

Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager

- Collaborates closely with the Management, BU Manager and Construction members throughout each site to strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including the preparation of documentation, project management plan, cash flow projection/claim plans, project schedules, procurement plan, support in design phase, engagement of all stakeholders involved, acquisition of necessary permits, and securing of variation orders.

- Manages and expedites the review and approval process for shop drawings, ensuring that all submissions are accurately evaluated and approved in a timely manner to prevent project delays.
- Reviews and assesses project changes, including scope modifications and additional work requests; verifies cost implications and evaluates Sub-Contractor change orders to ensure fairness, accuracy, and alignment with contract terms.
- Involve in stakeholders discussion and actively participates in Main-Contractors / Sub-Contractors coordination meetings to foster strong working relationships, address outstanding issues, and provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and milestones.
- Supports the Construction Managers in addressing on-site labor challenges, resolving contract disputes, and navigating any issues with project stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity and project momentum.
- Conducts on-site inspections to ensure all work meets the necessary quality standards, and collaborates with the Construction teams and Sub-Contractors to identify, document, and promptly rectify any deficiencies.
- Oversees and facilitates a seamless and well-coordinated project handover to the client, ensuring all final inspections are completed, occupancy permits are obtained, and the Quality Assurance Manager is formally introduced to support post-handover quality assurance and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing construction projects(Metro, Plant, Manufacturing sector) with a single value of $50 million or more, complemented by prior on-site construction experience.
- Completion of a degree in engineering, construction technology, or a related equivalent technical trade program. A combination of substantial industry experience and relevant professional development may also be considered as a plus point.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, inspire team collaboration, and drive project stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Proven ability to interpret, coordinate, and analyze blueprints and shop drawings, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain construction accuracy and quality.
- Experience in reviewing and aligning subcontractor, vendors and third-party service scopes with tender documentation to ensure contractual clarity and scope compliance.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, construction regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Practical, hands-on experience in a construction trade is considered an asset.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring budget adherence from planning to completion.

- Identify and assess changes in the project scope that result in variation claims, preparing and submitting claim requests to clients or contractors based on agreed-upon terms. This also involves reviewing and assessing variation claims from subcontractors or suppliers, ensuring that costs are justified and compliant with the contract.
- Prepare and submit final accounts for completed projects, ensuring all costs, variations, and claims are accurately documented and reconciled. This involves both managing the final account submission to the client or main contractor and reviewing and agreeing on the final account with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify potential financial risks and track the project budget based on the program of work, providing regular updates and forecasts. Highlight any budget deviations or issues to the project management team, ensuring timely intervention to keep the project within financial targets.
- Accurately measure and value the work performed on-site, ensuring proper documentation is maintained for claims and final account settlement.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any financial or contractual issues and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, especially the Security of Payment Act (SOPA). Manage payment claims, certifications, and subcontractor claims, ensuring timely submissions and proper documentation to meet contractual and legal requirements.
- Provide comprehensive financial reports and maintain detailed records of all project costs, contracts, claims, variations, and change orders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, SISV) is advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying. Prior experience working on public utilities or environmental infrastructure projects, particularly in water treatment plants, sewage systems, or waste management facilities, would be a plus.
- Proficiency in invoice submission software, MS Office, knowledge of contract law, and familiarity with Security of Payment Act (SOPA), and contract forms such as PSSCOC, REDAS or SIA.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment, able to manage time, and deliver under tight timeline.
- Experience in Water Management / Waste Management facilities and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Senior Instrumentation Control Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare an overview after review of the Client’s IC&A strategy and compared it with project provisions.
- Preparation of Instrument List and cabling requirements and scope matrix will be your responsibility when procurement is required for the IC&A scope.
- Selection of instruments, analyzers and other control equipment to meet specification and design requirements for procurement.
- Review of technical submissions for compliance to project requirements and prepare technical submissions to client’s consultant and obtain approval in a timely manner.
- Prepare P&ID, process control narratives, instrument lists and I/O (input/output) or update client’s P&ID, process control narratives, instrument lists and I/O (input/output) as information from process equipment vendors become available.
- Issue project requirements to equipment vendors in accordance to the scope matrix of the IC&A package.
- Represent the Company at client and consultants meetings on IC&A matters.
- Review and understand the IC&A interfaces with other sub contracts or third parties and prepare a program to meet the interface milestones or bring to the attention of the supervising consultants in a timely manner on our requirements to meet construction program.
- Prepare Inspection and Testing Procedure for the IC&A Systems and lead in the testing and commissioning of the IC&A systems.
- Work with other disciplines from the Company and are expected to assist to ensure a full integration of process equipment controls.
- Manage the budget of the for the IC&A scope and prepare monthly report on the cash flow to the Project Manager.
