Responsibilities:

• Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of the issues to vendors, applying upgrade/patches to Desktop/Laptop, software, and hardware installation.
• Provide support for M365, Intune and Sharepoint is must.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access right to file server and Sharepoint. Procurement of IT equipment for end users
• IT asset inventory
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the daily running of the IT department ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
• Setup, installation and deploying of computer.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setup, software licenses and any software modifications.
• Site office visit.
• Other ad doc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Engineer.
• Working experience in M365 and Sharepoint Creation/Migration is must.
• Able to read and write a simple scripting.
• Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative and manage priorities.
• Basic dynamic knowledge
