Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly closing of accounts and consolidation
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations and provide guidance
• Review month end financial and management reports and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Perform variance analysis on the financial performance
• Prepare budget and forecasts
• Review yearly tax computation
• Handling of listing announcement, XBRL filings
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures
• Liaise with external auditor and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters
• Liaise with banker for banking facilities related matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / CA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Highly committed team player;
