Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Process Accounts Payable invoice function (i.e. process, matching and checking of invoices).
  • Process Accounts Payable payment.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursement.
  • Assist in creditor reconciliation.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant post qualification experience.
  • Candidate is able to work independently and cope in fast paced environment.
  • Candidate to possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
